Members
- Passwords must have at least eight characters, an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, and a number.
- Your password doesn't work? Click on “I forgot my password.”
New Members
- With "Online Join" (implemented 7/28/2025), new members can create their own login name and password and receive instant access. No more waiting!
- New members joining after 11/11/2025 have a membership expiration date one year after the date they joined online, or the date on which their check was deposited if paying by mail-in form.
- Your expiration date is shown in your member profile, if you are curious.
Renewing Members
- Active members will receive timely notice by email from the membership chair that your membership expiration date is approaching.
- You may see an auto-expiration countdown message when you log in.
To Renew Online, You Must Log In
- To log in, go to the main menu item called “Log In” at the top of the page on the right.
- In case of expired membership past the 30-day grace period: When you try to log in, you will see a Renew Membership button. Click on it to open the Renew Membership window, follow the instructions.
- If you don't see a Renew Membership button, contact the membership chair.
Renew Membership Window - What's In It?
- Your present membership plan
- The annual fee for your present membership plan
- A field to enter a donation to GSWC (optional)
- A dropdown menu with payment methods (PayPal/credit card or check with mail-in form)
- A choice to pay for one year or two years
What is not in the Renew Membership Window
- Membership type cannot be changed in the online system
