The cemetery is on the north side of Waters Road just west of Zeeb Road at a farm.

There are two cemeteries representing Waters Road Cemetery, both on Waters Road. The first cemetery is located about 1 ¾ miles west of Saline Road on the North side of Waters Road. The second cemetery is located about 4 miles west of Saline Road on the North side of Waters Road just past Zeeb Road at a place known as the Ed Aprill farm.
